The Tulsa Housing Authority is updating this 11-story tower for its residents. The work includes new finishes throughout, including 201 units; modernized fixtures and systems; and new exterior paint colors. The design, finish selection, and method of work will be in keeping with historic preservation requirements due to the building’s status on the Historic Register.
