An adaptive re-use of a historic Tulsa building, this project provides an anchor for a great community that has become one of Tulsa’s best walkable areas, embracing the new while retaining wonderful historic buildings. Mixed-use flexibility is key in allowing for walkability and increased street life. Storefront glass for visibility and creative screening pair privacy and curb appeal—breathing life back into this once vibrant property.
